Mastic Varnish is a semi-gloss finishing varnish that rejuvenates your colors while protecting your painting.  Being one of the strongest binding resins, Mastic is quite permanent. The addition of natural Mastic Resin to turpentine as a varnish dates back to at least 700 B.C.. It is one of the most widely used painting varnishes in the world and has protected master paintings for centuries.
